At Sakura Treasure Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the terms below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Digital or downloadable products
Personalized or custom-made items
Final sale or clearance items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim and provide a resolution.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5β10 business days to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us within the 7-day return period.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
